This service is perfect for clients who need convenience, flexibility, or cannot meet in person. During your appointment, your identity will be verified, your document will be reviewed, and the notarization will be completed through an approved online platform. Remote online notarization may be used for many personal, business, real estate, immigration-related, and legal documents, depending on document requirements. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID, access to a device with a camera and microphone, and your document ready before your appointment. Some documents may require in-person notarization, witnesses, or additional review before the appointment is confirmed. Online payment required Pricing starts at $35. Florida online notarization law allows up to $25 per online notarial act. Additional platform, identity verification, technology, or administrative fees may apply.
